My favorite, three words that science uses all the time are, “I don’t know”. And then science has a process, utilizing things like the scientific method for determining answers - and science, gets it wrong all the time. So they then course correct, using the method, to determine the latest, best answer. Kareem, it sounds like you do a similar process in your writing style. I appreciate that. It helps weed out confirmation bias, which we all suffer from as a species. On the opposite end of the spectrum, are people who proudly proclaim that they do have THE answer. They have the unwavering truth, and they wear that as a badge of honor, without actually examining their position. A lot of them are preachers, politicians, and podcasters - the triple ‘P’ as I like to call them! :-). Keep up the excellent work, Kareem, believe it or not, we definitely notice the thoughtfulness that goes into every column.
This newsletter brightens my day each time it arrives -even when the topics themselves cause pain- because the thought, care and insight that go into it are evident. Best subscription I ever bought!

After reading the free version for a good while i decided to upgrade to a paid subscription. What convinced me was the reference to your staff because I found it difficult to believe that a highly successful author, retired NBA great really needed my $50. I hope you pay your staff well.

The pictures are always outstanding, like you on the subway train. The musical choices are terrific & have opened up many new artists to enjoy & listen to over & over.
